By accessing or using BreakoutOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew according to your selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Monthly plans renew automatically; annual and lifetime plans are one-time payments. Pricing and plan details are shown at checkout and may change with notice. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, share or resell your access, attempt unauthorized access, or use BreakoutOS for any unlawful activity.

5. No Investment Advice

BreakoutOS provides software tools and education for strategy research and recordkeeping only. Nothing in the platform constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading carries substantial risk - please review our Risk Disclosure before trading.

BreakoutOS, a product of Breakout Trading Academy, collects and processes account, billing, and product usage data to provide its trading tools, education, and support.

2. Data We Collect

This may include account identifiers, your email address, subscription and billing metadata, and content you create inside the platform.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to operate the service, process subscriptions, secure accounts, improve product quality, and provide support.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with infrastructure providers required to run the service - for example hosting, authentication, analytics, and payment processing.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to meet legal and compliance obligations. We apply standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect it.

1. Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing support. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime and annual plans are one-time payments and do not auto-renew.

2. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once processed. In the case of a duplicate charge or a clear billing error, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

3. Billing

Monthly access renews automatically until you cancel. Annual access is billed as a single payment for the year. Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
